And we think you’ll flock in for our special this week. Schwalbennest means “swallows nest,” and we wrap tender Pork Roulade around hard-boiled egg and Prosciutto with cream sauce. Our stuffed cabbage rolls start with braised cabbage (that’s the “kohl”). Then we roll them (that’s the “roulade”) around an herb/meat filling from our family recipe, and top with savory gravy. Enjoy them this week for $21 with two sides. 🍺 Prost to Beda’s Biers on tap! Each of the Beda’s Biers was chosen so you can enjoy some of Beda and Helga’s favorite biers from Germany. The Ost Altbier, Kellerbier, and UrBeda Bock Bier are made with the same authentic German brewery recipes, ingredients, and processes, and crafted by Braumeister Aaron Smith at Doc’s Cellar. Selection depends on availability, so don’t miss your favorite. 🍳 February is Hot Breakfast Month! There’s one more Sunday to enjoy our Brunch Special. From 11:00-3:00, choose one brunch item and relax with bottomless mimosas or champagne. Just $20.19. Happy ThirstDay! Kellerbier is back! Starting today, this tasty Beda Bier is back on tap. It’s named for the cellaring process (keller means cellar in German) used to brew the bier at cool temperatures (originally in caves) during its slow maturation.
